Friday Leads Challenge Issue #79

Friday Leads Challenge.
It’s that time of the week again’
Friday.
Friday = more leads.
Every Friday I’ll be sending you ONE challenge which if you follow for the rest of the week –
you’ll have a lot of leads.
Most conversations don’t stall because of price.
They stall because nobody forces a decision.
Here’s what’s actually happening.
D – Define the moment
When someone says:
‘Let me think about it’
‘Sounds interesting’
‘Maybe later’
That’s not a no.
That’s avoidance.
E – Expose the real friction
Instead of explaining or following up again, ask this:
‘What’s the main thing making this a maybe instead of a yes?’
Then stop talking.
C – Clarify the truth
Whatever they say next is the real issue.
Not the polite one they gave earlier.
Timing.
Trust.
Fit.
Risk.
Now it’s visible.
I – Isolate the decision
Address only that point.
Not the whole offer.
Not the whole future.
One issue at a time.
D – Decide cleanly
If it’s solvable → move forward.
If it’s not → end it cleanly.
No dragging.
No chasing.
E – Exit with respect
People don’t hate saying no.
They hate being unclear.
This question
gives them permission to be honest.
Use it in your next few conversations.
Watch how fast things either close or clear.
Good Luck,
Sandeep Mukhi
