Friday Leads Challenge Issue #86

Friday Leads Challenge.
It’s that time of the week again’
Friday.
Friday = more leads.
Every Friday I’ll be sending you ONE challenge which if you follow for the rest of the week –
you’ll have a lot of leads.
A lead asking many questions does not always mean they are serious.
Sometimes it means the opposite.
They ask:
‘How does this work?’
‘What exactly do you do?’
‘How long does it
take?’
‘What kind of results do people get?’
You answer everything.
And still’ nothing moves.
Why?
Because some people use questions to stay in conversation without entering a decision.
Questions feel safe.
A decision does not.
That’s why you’ll often notice:
The lead sounds engaged.
The chat looks active.
But the conversation never becomes specific.
No mention of their own situation.
No urgency.
No clear next step.
That is usually the signal.
A serious lead eventually brings the discussion back to themselves.
They say:
‘Here is where I’m
stuck.’
‘This is what I’m trying to solve.’
‘This is where I need help.’
That changes everything.
So the moment you feel too
many questions and no ownership, ask one simple thing:
‘What part of this is most relevant to you right now?’
That question forces clarity.
Either the lead becomes real;
or the conversation shows you it was never serious.
In 2026, many people will engage.
Very few will decide.
Knowing the difference early saves more time than any follow-up strategy.
Good Luck,
Sandeep Mukhi
