Friday Leads Challenge Issue #92

Friday Leads Challenge.
It’s that time of the week again’
Friday.
Friday = more leads.
Every Friday I’ll be sending you ONE challenge which if you follow for the rest of the week –
you’ll have a lot of leads.
Most people build funnels.
Pages.
Forms.
Steps.
And then wonder why people don’t convert.
It looks right.
It feels complete.
But it asks for too much.
Too early.
That’s the problem.
Right now, low-effort actions are winning.
Not because they are smarter.
But because they are easier.
Think about this.
What feels
lighter?
Filling a form with 6 fields’
Or replying with one word?
Booking a 30-minute call’
Or just saying ‘yes’?
Leads are not avoiding you.
They are avoiding friction.
Every extra step gives them a reason to delay.
Or drop off.
Or forget.
So here is a simple shift.
Replace your ‘big ask’ with a small one.
Instead of:
‘Fill this form to get started’
Try:
‘Reply with ‘Ëœstart’ and I’ll send you the first step’
Instead of:
‘Book a call here’
Try:
‘Want me to take a quick look? Say ‘Ëœreview”
Now something changes.
It feels easy.
It feels immediate.
It feels doable.
And once they take that small step’
You’re in a conversation.
From there, you can guide them forward.
Naturally.
Without forcing it.
Most
people try to optimize funnels.
But the real leverage is before the funnel even begins.
Reduce the effort.
Increase the response.
This week, pick one place where you ask for too much.
And
simplify it.
One small action.
One easy reply.
That’s enough to start.
Good Luck,
Sandeep Mukhi
