Friday Leads Challenge Issue #96

Friday Leads Challenge.
It’s that time of the week again’
Friday.
Friday = more leads.
Every Friday I’ll be sending you ONE challenge which if you follow for the rest of the week –
you’ll have a lot of leads.
Most people want a solution too fast.
More leads.
More calls.
More sales.
More replies.
But they rarely stop to ask one simple thing.
Where is the problem actually happening?
Because sometimes, the issue is not that you need more leads.
Maybe people are seeing your offer but not trusting it.
Maybe they are interested but not replying.
Maybe they are booking calls but not buying.
Maybe they are saying yes mentally, but delaying the decision.
Each of these needs a different fix.
But most people use the same solution for
everything.
Post more.
DM more.
Follow up more.
That is why they stay stuck.
So here’s a better way to start conversations this week.
Ask a ‘before you fix it’ question.
Something like:
‘Before you try to get more leads, do you know where your current ones are dropping off?’
That one question does something interesting.
It makes people pause.
It makes them look at their own business.
And many times, they realise they don’t actually know the answer.
That is your opening.
Not to pitch.
Not to prove you are smart.
Just to continue the conversation.
You can ask:
‘Are people not discovering you?’
‘Are they discovering you
but not enquiring?’
‘Are they enquiring but not booking?’
‘Are they booking but not converting?’
Now you are not selling a
service.
You are helping them see the leak.
And once someone sees the leak,
they naturally want help fixing it.
Try this today.
Post one diagnostic question.
Or send it to 5 people who are trying to grow.
Keep it simple.
Let them answer.
Then help them find the real problem before offering the fix.
Because the person who names the problem clearly
often becomes the person they trust to solve it.
Talk next Friday.
Good Luck,
Sandeep Mukhi
