Phenom is a family owned business. Sandeep Mukhi & Sanjay Wadhwa, along with their respective spouses - Nirmala and Arundathi started Phenom Coaching 7 years ago with the intent of making a difference in the Small & Medium Businesses through their coaching and consulting offerings. Sandeep Mukhi

Sandeep Mukhi is a serial entrepreneur at heart with more than 10 years of experience in starting businesses and taking them from zero to a few crores. He is passionate about the underdog winning the title and that is also his vision for Phenom to make small businesses grow big.

Internationally certified as a business coach he helps small business grow big. Imparting knowledge comes naturally to him. He believes that learning is one of the keys in achieving personal and professional success.

Sandeep is a fun loving person whose passion is to meet people & contribute in their lives via training & development. He's got an eclectic mix of experience in sales, marketing & training in the banking, financial services & the insurance industry.

He’s won accolades as a sales person and as a trainer in his assignments. His interests include reading autobiographies, traveling and trying out the culinary delights that our country has to offer. He is also a gadget freak and loves tweaking around with gizmos all the time.
