Friday Leads Challenge.
It’s that time of the week again’
Friday.
Friday = more leads.
Every Friday I’ll be sending you ONE challenge which if you follow for the rest of the week –
you’ll have a lot of leads.
Most people waste time on the
wrong
leads.
Not because they’re bad at selling.
But because they miss one early signal.
Here it is.
When a lead keeps
everything
generic
.
They say things like:
‘Just exploring’
‘Sounds interesting’
‘Let me understand more’
But they never talk about:
their current numbers
their real problem
what’s not working
right now
That’s the signal.
Serious
buyers don’t stay abstract for long.
Even if they’re unsure, they get
specific
.
Here’s how to spot it early (and save hours every week):
Step 1
In your first or second interaction, ask:
‘What made you look into this
now
?’
Step 2
Watch the response.
If they answer with:
context
urgency
a real situation
→ continue the conversation.
If they answer
with:
vague curiosity
future plans
‘just learning’
→ don’t push.
Step 3
Instead of convincing, pause the thread.
Something simple
like:
‘Got it. Makes sense to revisit this when it becomes more immediate.’
That’s it.
Here’s why this
works:
You stop trying to
create
intent.
You only work with intent that already exists.
In 2026, leads are easy to get.
Focused conversations are not.
This one filter alone will free up more time than any new script.
Try it in your next 5 conversations.
Good Luck,
Sandeep Mukhi
