Friday Leads Challenge.
It’s that time of the week again’
Friday.
Friday = more leads.
Every Friday I’ll be sending you ONE challenge which if you follow for the rest of the week –
you’ll have a lot of leads.
Most ‘dead’ leads aren’t actually dead.
They just exited the conversation cleanly.
No fight.
No objection.
No drama.
Which is why chasing them never works.
Here’s the mistake most people make:
They restart the conversation by asking for attention.
‘Just following up”
‘Checking if you saw this”
‘Any update?’
That instantly puts you below the lead.
Instead, use this one sentence.
‘Out of curiosity did this stop being a priority, or did timing just get messy?’
That’s it.
No offer.
No pitch.
No call link.
Why this works:
It gives them two dignified exits
They don’t have to justify themselves.
It reframes silence as timing, not rejection
Which feels safe to respond to.
It puts them back in
decision mode
Not you in chasing mode.
What you’ll notice:
Serious leads reply honestly
Casual leads don’t reply at all
And you finally know where to stop spending energy
In 2026, follow-ups don’t fail because they’re too short.
They fail because they ask for permission instead of clarity.
Try this on your last 5 cold leads this week.

and who finally exits cleanly.
